CD3AK细胞对大肠癌术后早期机体免疫功能的影响
动态观察CD3AK细胞输注对大肠癌术后早期机体免疫功能的影响。方法 将25例大肠癌患者分为A、B两组。A组13例，术后第1天开始使用CD3AK细胞治疗，共2个周期。B组12例，未用CD3AK细胞治疗。另以大肠良性肿瘤患者作为对照组(C组)。结果 A组患者的细胞免疫指标(CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8、NKC、IL-2R、T淋巴细胞转化率)及体液免疫指标(sIL-2R、TNF-α)在术后第1周开始迅速恢复且维持在高水平状态(P＜0.05)，而B组术后细胞免疫及体液免疫功能指标在术后第一周时较术前明显降低(P＜0.05)。A、B两组术后同期同指标相比较差异有显著性(P＜0.05)。C组外周血单个核细胞的分布及体液免疫功能指标在术前、术后相比较差异无显著性(P＞0.05)，但均比A、B组高。结论 应用CD3AK细胞治疗可纠正、恢复及提高大肠癌患者术后早期机体的细胞免疫和体液免疫功能。
Effect of CD3AK cells on early stage body immune function following operation of carcinoma of colon

【Abstract】Objective To actively observe the effect of CD3AK cells'infusion on early stage body immune function following operation of carcinoma of colon.Method Twenty-five cases of patients with colon carcinoma were ided into group A and group B. In group A, 13 cases received the CD3AK cells therapy on the lst postoperative day for 2 cycles. In group B, 12 cases did not underwent the CD3AK cells'therapy. The patients with benign neoplasm of colon served as control group.Results In group A, the immune indices (CD3, CD4, CD4/CD8, NKC, IL-2R, T lymphatic cell transformation rate) and humorae immunity indices (sIL-2R, TNF-α) restored swiftly and could maintain at a high level (P＜0.05) on the lst postoperative week. In group B, the cellular immunity and humorae immunity indices remained obviously low (P＜0.05) on the lst postoperatively week, and restored gradually at a slower pace after the 2nd postoperative week. In group C the peripheral mono-nuclear blood cells' distribution and basal fluid immunity had no significant difference before and afeer-operatively (P＞0.05), but higher than in group A and B.Conclusion CD3AK cells could rapidly correct, restore and enhance the cellular and humorae immunity of the post-operative patients with colon carcinoma at early stage.
